Service holes are pre-cut and eliminate the need to drill for plumbing and electrical services saving on additional labour costs. Steel wall frames are also termite and borer proof and do not need toxic chemical pest treatments.
We can also supply you with steel roof trusses and steel flooring systems!
Our Australian steel Wall frames are manufactured in our Central Coast manufacturing facility using quality TRUECORE® steel. We deliver throughout the Central Coast, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock, Hunter Valley, Port Stephens and Sydney regions.

DESIGN & MANUFACTURE
We take care of the design, producing accurate and detailed drawings to your specifications. Manufacture takes place in our Computer Numerical Controlled steel frame manufacturing plant.
ASSURANCE
We only use Bluescope’s quality TRUECORE® steel. We’re members of the National Association of Steel-Framed Housing (NASH).

Our Process
DESIGN
You submit your detailed architects or engineers’ plans to us for a detailed framing design and quote using our ProCAD software.
APPROVAL
We present our framing design for review; at this point, we make any required edits. If the plan is approved, the job goes into production upon a paid 30% deposit.
PRODUCTION
Manufacture of our steel happens on one of the most advanced roll forming machines available using TRUECORE® steel. The time from design agreement to production completion is usually 1 to 2 weeks.
DELIVERY
You must pay the 70% balance before delivery, and we will then deliver and unload your steel framing to your site, ready for erection. We supply our steel framing across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie and Sydney regions.
