We use Bluescope’s TRUESCORE® Australian steel
+ What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver all across Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens and Sydney.
We’re open to delivering to areas not listed here, so don’t hesitate to to ask us.
+ Are you open to the public?
Yes. Our clients span across small residential builders to large commercial projects as well as owner builders, DIY, architects, modular and more.
+ Are there any warranties?
We only use quality Bluescope TRUECORE steel which comes with a 50 year warranty (T&C do apply). TRUECORE steel is protected from corrosion by hot-dipped metallic coating of zinc-aluminium alloy.
+ Do you supply and erect or just supply?
We supply only, but can offer some recommendations on who to use.
Are steel frames and truss long-life and trouble free? Steel frames and truss won’t twist or warp over time. Steel frames are shrinkage free, which means no sticking door and window jambs or cracking cornices. Walls, ceilings and roofs stay straight and true - easy to align future extensions.
+ Do steel frames have the flexibility for your design?
Steel’s structural strength allows for excellent spanning ability, steel is a natural choice for contemporary open-plan living spaces. Whatever your design, steel framing suits both concrete slab and sub-floor construction and it’s ideal for those steep, hilly sites. Steel framed homes are electrically safe- designed so that any electrical leakage is conducted safely straight to the ground.
+ Are steel frame homes naturally termite, borer and dry-rot proof?
Steel is free from the toxic chemical treatments often used to protect other framing systems. Steel frames are termite, dry-rot and borer proof.
+ Do steel framed homes burn?
Steel is naturally non-combustible, steel framing won’t ignite, catch fire or contribute to the spread of house fire, giving you peace of mind. Steel framing products are widely used in high risk fire applications such as bush fire zones.
+ Are steel housing frames easy to erect?
Wall panels and roof trusses are clearly labelled for on-site assembly. Electrical and plumbing service holes can be pre-punched. Compatible with your choice of interior floor, wall, ceiling and roof materials.
+ Is using steel for your house frame sustainable?
Steel framing is the right choice for the environment as it is made from recycled steel and is ideal for energy efficient designs. Steel is the most recycled product in the world, any waste materials can be 100% recycled but due to the exact nature of the manufacturing process there is minimal waste.
+ Are steel frames and trusses backed by building experts?
Increasing numbers of builders are building steel framed homes, you will even have noticed the popular TV show The Block using steel framing. Our framing system is fully engineered and you will be issued with a design compliance certification upon completion.

Our experienced team of designs and manufactures hold all necessary licenses and qualifications, we have manufactured over 300 steel frame projects.
