Project Overview
Australian Steel Framing partnered with Broadworth Homes to supply precision-engineered steel wall frames and roof trusses for a modular cabin at Bayway Village, a lifestyle community developed by Hampshire Property Group.
This project, located on Site 142, is a great showcase of small-footprint modular construction supported by our TRUECORE® steel framing system. The build is designed to maximise liveability and efficiency within a compact footprint of 45.51m², plus a 5.21m² deck and 15.96m² carport.
