Precision-Engineered Steel Framing for Modular Living

At Site 119 in Bayway Village, Fern Bay, Australian Steel Framing partnered with Broadworth Modular to deliver a fully engineered TRUECORE® steel framing system for a compact modular residence. This build highlights the flexibility and durability of light-gauge steel systems in modern modular construction.

Located within Hampshire Property Group’s Bayway Village lifestyle community, this project demonstrates how precision in steel design can accelerate timelines and enhance construction quality.

Engineered For Modularity

This modular home is comprised of two primary modules and includes a 12.03m² deck and a 17.24m² carport. Every element—from flooring to roofing—was designed to be pre-assembled off-site, saving on time and ensuring precision fit during final assembly.

The home includes a raked ceiling in the living area, internal steel-framed walls, and structural resilience with termite-proof and non-combustible properties—perfect for regional and coastal builds.
